Burns Doo on Saturday 31 January

Your Society’s annual “Burns Doo” will be held on Saturday 31 January 2026 in Beechwood Scout Hall, Newhouse, Stirling, FK7 9HQ, commencing at 11:00 AM, ending at 3pm. Lunch is provided. Caithness Conference June 22-27 2018

Our Industrial Archaeology conference took place in Caithness in June 2018 in partnership with Historic Scotland Engine Shed  and SVBWG . The full information and programme is at SIHS events The lecture day was Saturday 23 June, International Women in Engineering Day, (Saturday Wick programme ) followed by a series of visits in Orkney and Caithness, that were officially badged as marking “European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018”, the common theme in June being urban infrastructure.
